Making Carriage Trade Home

Making Carriage Trade Your Home

Carriage Trade is home to a vibrant community of creative, friendly people and horses.  What brings people and horses to Carriage Trade, initially, are our activities and facilities.  What keeps them at Carriage Trade is the depth and warmth of the community.

We practice an aggressive friendliness with our visitors. It is expected that all residents will speak to visitors if only to welcome them to the estate and invite them to look around. We are strongly opposed to cliquishness, and actively work to avoid it at Carriage Trade.  We aspire to be a friendly, welcoming community to all of those who follow our covenant rules.

Horses & riders gather outside the Carriage House

Carriage Trade is a themed equestrian lifestyle community, and we have a strict covenant that helps ensure that the community adheres to the theme guidelines and rules.  With a full complement of estate managers, special tour guides and greeters, and our active livery service, Carriage Trade is a haven for those individuals who wish to experience a more innocent, PG-rated equestrian experience.

Gathering to prepare for cross-country riding

Our theme of the equestrian lifestyle appeals to more than just riders and humans, however. Carriage Trade is also home to dogs, cats, and birds.  We welcome all humans and natural animal avatars that are native to the United Kingdom and the north east quadrant of the United States.

Please, leave your fantasy, anthro-animal, and sexualized avatars at home when you visit Carriage Trade.  We admire your creativity, but these avatars are not in alignment with our theme, our rules, or our covenant. Thank you for understanding.

Our 6-Horse Hitch is Great Fun

Joining the Carriage Trade community is very easy! Simply locate a property (Stall, stable, apartment, estate) that appeals to you and rent it! We’ll give you an orientation to the estate and its rules, and then introduce you to the community. We will make it easy for you to become part of our active, engaged community.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Carriage Trade community.
