Retail Policies

1. No refunds except in case of double purchase, verifiable with your transaction data in a notecard within 24 hours of your purchase.

2.  If a delivery goes astray, copy and paste your transaction history data showing a payment to Shenlei Flasheart into a notecard. Include your name, the name, size and color of the item you are trying to purchase. Send the notecard to Shenlei Flasheart. We will replace the item as soon as possible.
3. We do not refund in the case of user error or buyer’s remorse. Our ads are very detailed and we often have demo products as well as explicit product cards.

4. If you have an issue with a product send a detailed notecard with the issue and the product name/details. We’ll fix it if it’s an issue that can be fixed. If it’s an something you ‘want’ fixed or you’re not happy with a product for whatever reason or you think it should be done differently or there’s a known Second Life issue, there’s not much we can do.  We recognize some people simply can’t be made happy.

5. All issues must be addressed within 24 hours of your purchase, which you must verify with your transaction data copied into a notecard and sent to Shenlei Flasheart. You may obtain your transaction data from your account on secondlife.com in the transaction history of your account. The transaction number serves as a receipt. Without it we can do nothing.

6. We sell our products as copy/No Transfer. Mesh, scripting, animations and system layers are no modify. Prim parts may be modified but if they are scripted they may show in your inventory as ‘no mod’.  If, as sometimes happens, a product arrives with prim parts no mod or no copy, please contact Shenlei Flasheart in world with a detailed notecard including your transaction data. We’ll replace those parts.

7. Purchases made through affiliate web sites, e.g., Spoon Flower, Wallpapered, Cafe Press, and others are governed by the retail policies of the particular affiliate. If you experience an issue with one of these providers, please address it with their customer service department.

8. If you do not like our policies, do not purchase our products.
